Refund policy

At R. Kumar, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have the option to exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product, in exchange for store credit. This store credit has no expiration date and can be applied to future purchases. The number of days is calculated from the date of receipt to the date it is collected by your logistics company.

 

Return Conditions:

- Sunglasses & Frames must be in unused and unworn condition.

- Proof of purchase in the form of a physical or electronic invoice must accompany your return request.

- All items, including tags, warranty certificates, product catalogs, accompanying literature, usage & care instructions, and dust bags, must be returned in their original condition.

 

Cancellation and Refund:

- Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped.

- If an order is canceled by R. Kumar due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued along with an explanation for the cancellation.

- The company reserves the right to cancel an order under various circumstances including non-availability of the product, pricing discrepancies, or due to reasons of fraud.

- For customer-initiated cancellations within the prescribed time period, a 100% refund will be issued only if the payment reflects in our bank accounts.

 

Custom Duties for International Customers:

- Customers living outside India should note that custom duties are not included in the product price. You may be required to pay these duties when the product reaches your country.

- Customs policies and duty amounts vary from one country to another and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Important Notice for Sunglasses/Frames:

- Cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, no further cancellations will be accepted.
